I can't access the portal. We must have your email on file before any information can be sent. If you would like us to add your email to your account, please contact our office and we can update your account and send your information. Only exam summaries for appointments after January 2012 are available through the portal.
I accidentally deleted the email with the link to set up my account. We will gladly resend your information to you. Please contact our office.
Can I print my prescription from the portal? The information provided through the portal is related to your personal health history and the diagnostic findings from your exam. If you need a copy of your prescription, you can use the 'Send Message' button or call our office and we will be happy to mail that to you! Since your prescription needs to be signed we cannot send it through the portal.
You can review your exam summaries and see any educational information the doctor may have sent to you.
You can send your doctor a message using the 'Send Message' button (highlighted in red). Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond. If at anytime you have an emergency, please call our office.
You can print this information to share with one of your other health care providers.

At Simpson Optical, we are pleased to now provide our patients with secure online access to exam summaries, access to our doctors and many more features.
How does it work?
After every exam, as long as we have your email, you will receive an email alerting you that information is now available through our secure portal. You can see a brief summary of all your exam records and access educational materials your doctor may want you to review. Best of all, you can use the portal (see example below) to send secure messages directly to us. You can:
